How to report.

After every call, you'll see a rating screen with a report option. Tap report and add a short note about what happened. You can also report any call from your account history.

Reports go to people on our team. Algorithms don't make ban decisions.

What happens when you report.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on what the report describes, possible outcomes include a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban.

A reported account may be required to verify a phone number before continuing to use the platform. Serious violations result in a permanent ban tied to both email and phone. Banned users cannot create a new account.

Your identity as the reporting user is never shared with the reported user. You won't be told the outcome of your report, but every report is reviewed.

Child safety.

PlanetHello is 18+ only. We verify every account by email at signup, and by phone when an account is reported.

If you believe someone on the platform is under 18, report the account immediately. We will suspend the account pending review and submit a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) when warranted.
